We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with the following options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Minimum Order: $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Key Return Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear and onesies unless defective

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
